Crowd favorite Karla Paula Henry (who was also at the recent Binibining Pilipinas) took home the Miss Philippines (Earth) 2008 crown. See how happy she is.

Held at the Grand Ballroom Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila, the babe-heavy pageant was hosted by Rafael Rosell, Nikki Gil, and Ginger Conejero.
