Alright, that’s probably milk, but who can be sure?
Twenty-year-old Korean world figure skating champion Kim Yuna, thanks to her incredible and consistent champion-ness, has been endorsing lotsa stuff. She doesn’t even have to officially endorse anything–she just has to touch an object, like the legendary Midas, and that object is magically transformed into a hot potato!
Maybe one good reason why Kim Yuna is so hot is how she moves like poetry, such as in the video below, from 2009, performing to James Bond music.
Thanks, “iceskaterboy!”

Kim Yu-na’s stage parents have left IMG Korea’s management of Kim and instead signed up with IB Sports, citing that the former agency didn’t treat Kim well.
Kim, the 2006 junior champion, rose to international fame under the management of IMG Korea winning a gold medal in the International Skating Union Grand Prix in Paris last November _ the first gold medal in the 100 years of Korean figure skating history. She also won a bronze medal in the World Figure Skating Championships in Tokyo last month after a slight injury to her back in early January.
Kim’s parents, however, have been dissatisfied with what they say is a lack of support from IMG Korea as an agent.
According to IB Sports, Kim’s parents said IMG Korea did little in helping Kim.
The company said Kim’s mother complained about overseas air travel, for which Kim only used economy-class seats without any financial support from IMG Korea.
Kim’s parents were not reached for comment.
IMG Korea said, under the contract, it is only responsible for Kim’s sponsorship, participation in an event and schedule management. The company said it is not right for Kim’s parents to breach the contract, using the excuse of the lack of provision of things that were not stated in it.
Yes, Kim is still going to the Japan Open, but only to wow the audience.

Oh alright, what star Korean figure skater Kim Yu-na is actually going to do is compete at the Japan Open, in Saitama Prefecture on Honshu Island. But I’m very future oriented, and I already have a fair idea of what kind of performance it’s gonna be.
On the Korea Times:
” I will participate in the Japan Open before having a training session in Canada from May, as I am recovering from a back injury,” Kim said Tuesday, expressing her hope to perform well in the upcoming international competition next week. She suffered the injury several months ago.
” I feel I am getting better and better every day as the treatment proceeds,” Kim told reporters in a ceremony where she was named a public relations ambassador for Asiana Airlines, South Korea’s second largest airline. ” I have recently been focusing on increasing my strength and stamina while decreasing training at the rink.”
She became a national heroine last November after winning a gold medal in the International Skating Union Grand Prix in Paris, the first such medal in the 100 years of Korean figure skating history.
The 17-year-old high school student also won a bronze medal in the World Figure Skating Championships in Tokyo last month after a slight injury to her back in early January.
Regarding the benefits of being named an ambassador, Kim said, ” My back and I will be happy to enjoy a comfortable business class seat on each flight, and from now on I believe I can do better despite traveling long distances.”
She was invited to the open which will also feature 12 skaters from North America, Japan and Europe. She will depart for Japan on Saturday.
