As you know, the Great Nipple Slip Shortage of 2008 was just a step worse than the Great Nipple Slip Shortage of 1896, when a budding Philippine revolution severely affected the daily supply of nipple slips (mostly coming from the girls washing clothes by the Pasig River). Now thanks to Angelica Panganiban’s wardrobe-malfunction-friendly performance, some people got lucky, although very briefly.
