Having read those comments about the previous Angel Locsin post, I have to say that, all things considered, you’re doing a fine job maintaining this site.
When I discovered this site, I was surprised to see some of my mag scans of Filipina celebrities posted here and attributed to other contributors who emailed them to you. The thing is, rather than feeling cheated or pilfered from, I actually felt flattered to see some of my work featured. Why was I not offended? Because that’s what the internet is for - information sharing. If someone posted it on the net, it gains the character of publicity or for public consumption. If I posted it, I must have accepted that it was meant to be shared.
I’ve been contributing to your site for a couple of months now under a different name and email address and this is the first time I encountered a fuzz such as this one. The owner of the pics had a valid contention that you respected. She claimed ownership and requested deletion. In the end, she got exactly what she wanted.
A mere 17 minutes after she made her request and someone was already calling you a “moron”? I think that’s a tad out of line. Threatening to sue you or to “erase your face” if you didn’t comply? That’s a different story. Try googling Articles 353 and 286 of the Philippine Revised Penal Code as I did to see what I mean.
The fact is you can’t please everyone but what you do pleases quite a lot of people who welcome the pleasant distraction you create here. I, for one, as a big fan of the Filipina’s beauty, will always check out your site and appreciate the pun-intending manner by which you have established it.
Just keep it up bro and remember that prejudice only rules the unenlightened.

i just wanted to say that RESPECT is needed too. the girl just freaked out cause her photo was being used without her knowledge.
Ethics is needed too.. She may have used the wrong acts or wordings but still it’s her right as the photographer.
We photographers, whether professionals or free-lancer or just a mere hobbyist are just protecting our rights.
