To Daphne Oliveros, i think all you have to do is see a I.P. lawyer (Interlectual Properties). They are more eager to help you out with sueing them ( the photo thief and the web master) for copyright. You don’t have to pay them any up front money as they will get a cut percentage from the sure win lawsuit. I hope your country have copyright law like mine.

I also wanted to add that shooting photographs might be easy but shooting good photographs are not..
