200-pound Beauty star Kim Ah-joong has “co-authored” a new book called Emotional Communication.
The word “co-authored” is probably so liberally used here, because this is how it happened. Koryo University’s writing professor Kim Kwang Su was giving lectures on the topic and was impressed with Ah-joong’s (who had been attending the lectures) enthusiasm and insight. So the professor approached the actress for a “collaboration.” And by collaboration, they probably mean she’d pop up at the market launch and sell the copies with her charm.
Oh, boy. That professor has just fucked himself like a bitch — by making his academic work all “kpop-ish,” he’s probably damaged his academic reputation for the long term.
On the other hand, that’s a new interesting way to sell what is probably a boring, crusty academic book few would have bothered reading.
