Hiroko Mima Is Japan’s Bet For Miss Universe

If you don’t already know, Miss Universe Japan is a girl named Hiroko Mima. You can see in the video above how the whole competition panned out for Japan. This early, many people are treating Hiroko’s win negatively, mainly because although Hiroko looks great in some photos, she somehow lacks something. But then there’s this system in place in Japan that makes sure any girl who becomes that country’s bet for the Miss Universe undergoes some remarkable “transformation” — so even those who don’t like Hiroko so much are withholding their harshest criticism and are waiting for the girl to “transform.” So let’s wait and see.
