FAD 3.0

At this point, the interwebs is all aflame with the news that half-Filipina, half-German Melyssa Grace Roberts is the official bet of the Philippines for the global Miss Maxim throne. I have a little problem with that name: it leads me to assume that the “Filipino” part of her comes from her mother, so the dad must be the German, so where in hell did that American-sounding “Roberts” come from?

Useless, entirely moot questions, I know. But of course, when you’re wanking to her image, you don’t want these “Why the fuck is her last name ‘Roberts’ and not ‘Uber-ficken-licke-mein-asse’?” questions haunt your head.
